Draft pending legal review · Last updated 24 October 2026

01About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Xpress AI Co-Worker™ (the "Service"), provided by Xpress Automations Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

02The Service

Xpress AI Co-Worker provides specialised AI Co-Workers that prepare work for your business and send it to you on WhatsApp for approval.

Co-Workers only act on connected accounts after your explicit 1-tap approval. Features available to you depend on your plan.

03Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register. Keep your WhatsApp number and connected accounts secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

04Approvals and your responsibility

You review every draft, message, post and record change before approving it, and you are responsible for content you approve.

A full audit log of approvals is kept in your account.

05Plans, billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars. Xpress AI Co-Worker™ costs $397 + GST per month and renews each month unless you cancel before renewal.

You can cancel anytime with 1 tap; access continues until the end of the paid period.

06Connected accounts and third-party services

When you connect services such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Xero or your CRM, you also agree to their terms. You can revoke any connection at any time from the provider.

We use the data received from those services as described in our Privacy Policy, including Google's Limited Use requirements.

07No professional advice

Tax, financial and legal summaries are for business and bookkeeping assistance only. They must be confirmed with a Registered Tax Agent or other qualified professional before you rely on them.

08Content and intellectual property

You own the content you provide and the outputs you approve, such as designs, posts and articles. We own the Service, its software and branding.

09Liability

The Service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to resupplying the Service or refunding the fees for the affected period.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you on WhatsApp or by email before it takes effect.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Fair Use Policy

Use your Co-Workers well

A few simple rules that keep the Service reliable for every business and safe for the people you contact.

Reasonable use

Plans are designed for the normal day-to-day work of one business. If usage is far beyond that, we will contact you to discuss a better-fitting plan before changing anything.

No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging

Co-Workers draft personal messages for people you choose. They are not to be used for mass unsolicited email, SMS, WhatsApp or LinkedIn outreach, or for contacting people who opted out.

Respect platform rules

Use of WhatsApp, Meta, LinkedIn, Google and other connected platforms must follow their policies and usage limits. Co-Workers work within those limits.

Honest content only

No fake reviews, misleading claims, impersonation, or content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.

Inbound calls only

The AI Receptionist handles calls and messages from people who contacted you first. It does not place outbound cold calls.

Safeguards

Tasks that break this policy may be paused automatically for review. Repeated misuse may lead to suspension of the affected Co-Worker or account.
